I want your buying experience to be as pleasant as possible, so please let me know if there’s something I could be doing better. I’m just a small business operating out of my home, and I will do my best to correct any mistakes in a timely fashion!

Late or missing packages

I do my best to pack your items in a way that ensure your packages reach you safely. I am happy to accept returns for the following reasons:

  • – Damaged books

I’m happy to send replacement for:

  • -Damaged Stickers
  • -Damaged Bookmarks

Upon accepting a return, I’ll email you a return label for the damaged items.

Some things are outside of my control when it comes to shipping, such as postal service mishandling and shipping speed. I can’t replace lost or stolen packages, but packages sent in the US are insured and I can assist with filing a claim.
